Free Trial

BillVeda offers a 12-day free trial period for new users. During this trial period, you can explore our services without any payment obligation. If you choose not to continue with our services after the trial period, you can simply cancel your account before the trial ends, and you will not be charged.

Subscription Payments

BillVeda operates on a subscription basis with monthly and annual payment options. When you subscribe to our services, you agree to the recurring billing cycle based on your chosen plan. Payments are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days after your initial payment (following the free trial period), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged or overcharged, you will receive a full refund for the incorrect amount.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • For partial months of service
  • For any add-on services or features purchased separately
  • If you simply change your mind after the 7-day period
  • If you have not attempted to resolve technical issues with our support team

Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the 7-day money-back guarantee period but before the end of your annual term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 20% administrative fee. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

When you cancel your subscription:

  • For annual subscriptions: Your service will continue until the end of the current annual term unless you specifically request an early termination and prorated refund as described above.
